Even a 4 Star review can be extremely damaging to our good standing so we aim to maintain an extremely high standard of service delivery. If ever something arises that may fall short of a 5 star expectation, we simply ask that you promptly bring those issues to our attention. Being an Elite host comes with literally thousands of items to pay attention to, and at times something may not be in line with perfection. We strive to ensure that we respond to even the smallest of issues in a way that warrants the most positive recommendation that you can give. If at any time you feel there is more we can do to earn your 5 Star review, please allows us the opportunity to address those issues.
